How does your service work?
We are a mobile veterinary clinic that visits you and your animal at your home. The major difference between our fees and those of a regular veterinary clinic is our fee to come to your location. This is called a “House Call” fee and varies based on your location.
We have had to make some restrictions on locations we are able to service as some neighborhoods make it difficult to navigate such a large vehicle. If this is the case we would be happy to service you at our clinic location.
Our new clinic is OPEN! We are happy to announce that our clinic in East Windsor, CT is ready to see appointments. Clinic appointments do not have an associated "House Call" fee.
Yes. We often see elderly animals that have difficulty with mobility or animals that are afraid to leave the house.
We PLEASE ask that your animal is in either a confined room, on a leash or inside a carrier so your appointment time is not wasted on staff chasing your animal.
How can I schedule an appointment?
Call us at 860-682-0354. We can travel to your house or you can come to us at one of our locations in East Windsor or South Glastonbury, CT.
NOTE: We are no longer accepting new clients due to maximum client capacity
What is the length of the appointment?
We spend 35 to 45 minutes with your pet. Please have cats in carriers and ready to be seen so that this time is not spent finding your pet.
What are the charges for you to examine my pet?
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, check and credit cards. We do not keep credit cards on file.
What are your protocols due to the COVID-19 pandemic?
We are taking the upmost precautions due to the pandemic to make sure you and your pet stay healthy! We are still safely performing house calls maintaining proper social distancing and our team continuing to wear masks.
Our current procedure is parking our 28-foot mobile unit in your driveway for an exam. If you are able to, animals can be brought out on a leash or inside a carrier for examination. If not we please ask that you wear a mask as our team enters your home to perform necessary services.
These protocols are subject to change following local and CDC guidelines.
